Blueberry Overnight Oats

These overnight oat recipes are perfect for on the go and quick mornings. You can enjoy them warmed up or chilled (I prefer to microwave them so they are goey on the inside).

Equipment-

Parfait Jars or Mason Jars with a lid

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 TBS chia seeds

  • 1 TSP of maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup of choice of milk (organic whole, almond, oat, etc)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Dash of cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 cup of Homemade Almond Granola

  • 1 scoop organic protein powder (optional)

*mixture should be a little soupy, but not too liquidy

Directions-

  1. Place all ingredient in jar (except homemade almond granola) and shake until everything is mixed and dispersed. Place in fridge for 6-8 hours.

  2. If wanted warm, take out of fridge and microwave for 2 minutes. Add granola. Enjoy!
